La Oferta

La Oferta began publishing in 1978 and is the oldest, continuous Hispanic publication in San Jose, the 10th largest city in the United States. La Oferta is 100% Hispanic owned and was founded by Frank and Mary Andrade. Their vision was to provide information and to educate the public on the positive aspects of the Hispanic community. They are the driving force behind La Oferta today.
